Funding promising myeloma research
In 1995, the IMF established the Brian D. Novis Research Grant program in memory of its co-founder. The grants are awarded annually to promote research into all areas of myeloma in an effort to improve patient outcomes. To date, the IMF has funded more than 100 of the most promising projects by both senior and junior investigators in the field of multiple myeloma. Important research supported by the IMF has made contributions that bring us closer to fulfilling the IMF’s mission – finding a cure for myeloma.
The application period for the 2025 Brian D. Novis Grants closed on August 26, 2024. We look forward to announcing the recipients by next year. The 2025 awards will be $50,000 each for the junior grant and $80,000 for the senior grant.
Your donation allows us to continue to fund efforts to search for a cure. With your help, we are closer than ever.
