Attention Myeloma Researchers: Funding Opportunity!

The Department of Defense’s Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program has released pre-announcements for researchers in order to provide ample time to prepare applications for funding. The IMF advocacy team worked on Capitol Hill to ensure blood cancers would remain as a topic area under the program for Fiscal Year 2020. From March 13-14, 2020, the IMF will host a Patient & Family Seminar at the Boca Raton Marriott (5150 Town Center Circle) in Boca Raton, FL. Choose between two registration packages—either attend Friday’s half-day session and the all-day session Saturday, or attend the Saturday session only. Connect with other patients and caregivers. Together, we can learn, build community, and share our stories.

The IMF will host a Regional Community Workshop at The Westin (2221 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North) in Birmingham, AL, on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Registration is FREE, but seating is limited. Learn from and meet one-on-one with myeloma experts to get answers to your questions and concerns.
