We are pleased to welcome Monika Brown, MSN, WHNP-BC, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of specialized experience in gynecologic oncology. Monika will explore the many ways cancer and its treatment can affect sexual health and intimacy, including changes in sexual desire and function, hormonal and cognitive changes, body image, and infertility.
In addition to providing practical education and resources, Monika will create a safe and welcoming space for participants to ask questions and engage in open discussion.
Her goal is to educate, validate, and empower the myeloma coMMunity as they navigate the often-overlooked aspects of sexual health and intimacy throughout the cancer journey.
