The MMRD saw an opportunity to normalize the emotional roller coaster that most people experience with a new and ongoing diagnosis of multiple myeloma. They wanted to address the presence of emotional and psychological distress in the whole spectrum from New Diagnosis to survivorship and include Caregivers in this topic as well. They will cover tips to deal with stress and distress, and ways to connect with the support that is available to them.
