Kit Millay Fullenlove has been blogging about her cancer experience since she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in the fall of 2007. Her blog has received more than 12,000 visits since its inception. She has written about her exploits in Little Rock, Ark. (where she received her initial chemotherapy) – from Dumpster® diving to the rise and fall of hair (and platelets) -- and what’s happened since she came back to Louisville for three years of maintenance chemotherapy which led to her remission.

A former newspaper reporter and columnist, Kit is a public relations manager for Baptist Health, Kentucky’s largest health system.

In 2010, she was an Honored Hero for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk in Louisville.
