Selma has spent 30+ years working in the non-profit sector for organizations providing humanitarian services nationwide. She joined the IMF in 2009 and is currently the Sr. Director of Operations and Co-Leader of a Spanish MM Support Group. Selma is a native Californian, a mother, loves animals, and volunteers in the NICU at a children’s hospital.
