Sandy is a seasoned grants manager with extensive experience in project management and leading effective and compliant solutions for sponsorship funding processes as well as experience in public opinion research.  Prior to joining the IMF, Sandy worked at Karyopharm Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company focused on developing novel drugs to help treat patients with blood cancers and solid tumor malignancies. She comes to the IMF highly skilled in budget, compliance, and database management and was recognized for her outstanding contributions and commitment to supporting operational needs.  Sandy earned a B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and Master of Education, Guidance and Counseling from Frostburg State University.
