Speaker: Dr. Irene Ghobrial, M.D., Hematologist/Oncologist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. Her research is focused on understanding how early precursor conditions like MGUS and SMM progress to overt MM. She is lead investigator of The Promise Study, which has the goal “To identify new ways to prevent multiple myeloma in individuals with its precursor conditions.”
