Mayo Clinic’s PragMMatic Study Accruing Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Patients

A new clinical trial administered by the Mayo Clinic, the PragMMatic Study, is now accruing newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) patients. Led by the IMF’s International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) members Drs. S. Vincent Rajkumar and Shaji Kumar, the study is for the first time comparing the efficacy and side effect profiles of the three most common treatment regimens for NDMM patients. These regimens include the following: 

  1. bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone (VRd),  
  2. daratumumab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRd),  
  3. daratumumab, bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRVd).  

This study is currently open to those recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are receiving treatment for this condition. Click the button below for enrollment details.
