This week, important new data and results from several myeloma research trials were presented at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. Johnson & Johnson released data from two studies on DARZALEX FASPRO® (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj): the Phase 3 PERSEUS and Phase 3 CEPHEUS studies; as well as new long-term follow-up data from the Phase 1b/2 CARTITUDE-1 study on CARVYKTI® (ciltacabtagene autoleucel; cilta-cel) as treatment for relapsed/refractory myeloma; and finally, initial results from Phase 1 JNJ-79635322 (JNJ-5322), “a novel investigational trispecific antibody (TsAb) in RRMM patients.” Legend Biotech unveiled groundbreaking 5-year survival data from the CARTITUDE-1 study, while Sanofi revealed new data from the IRAKLIA phase 3 study, “the first to incorporate the use of an OBI in the treatment of MM, and demonstrate non-inferior efficacy and pharmacokinetics compared to Sarclisa intravenous (IV) infusion.” Read the linked press releases to find out more.
