Directions from I 40 – Nashville:

Take I40 to the Germantown Parkway exit. Take Germantown Pkwy SOUTH into Germantown to Farmington Blvd. Turn West (right) on Farmington. It will turn into West Street.

Go through the light at Poplar Avenue.

Just past Backyard Burger, turn left into The Commons complex, which is a putty colored, one story.   Once in the parking lot, turn immediately to the right, driving south between West Street and the building until you reach our entrance on the west side, which faces West Street.  Curved steps lead to our entrance at Suite 110. 

Directions from Downtown:

Take I/240 to the Poplar Ave./Germantown exit.  Take Poplar Avenue East into Germantown to West Street. Turn right (south) on West Street.  Just past Backyard Burger, turn left into The Commons complex, which is a putty colored, one story.   Once in the parking lot, turn immediately to the right, driving south between West Street and the building until you reach our entrance on the west side, which faces West Street.  Curved steps lead to our entrance at Suite 110.  

Directions from South:

Take Winchester Road east towards Collierville.  At the Germantown Road stoplight, turn left (north).  Upon entering Germantown, cross the railroad tracks.  After passing the next stoplight, turn right into the third driveway (in the middle of a grassy hill).  Once in the parking lot, turn immediately to the right, driving south between West Street and the building until you reach our entrance on the west side, which faces West Street.   Curved steps lead to our entrance at Suite 110.
