What are Patient and Family Seminars?
The IMF hosts educational Patient and Family Seminars in cities around the world. At these meetings, patients and their families learn about the latest developments in myeloma from a panel of world-renowned myeloma experts. With the newest information about myeloma, patients can make educated treatment choices. They also can ask questions of leading myeloma experts as well as connect with others touched by myeloma.

Back In Person in 2023
In September of 2022, the IMF hosted a hybrid (in-person/virtual) meeting for support group leaders. We followed strict COVID-19 protocols, and the meeting was a success! We were thrilled to see patients, their loved ones, and myeloma practitioners reunited in person once again.
The IMF remains vigilant about patient safety during the pandemic. Yet, we are excited to be back in-person again for many of our events, including IMF Patient and Family Seminars.
We will continue to require vaccination records, proper masking, and social distancing at all Patient and Family Seminars. We encourage to check this page for this list of upcoming seminars. Registration will close quickly. We are so happy to see you and share together in person again, as our IMF family, and One Myeloma Nation.
