Diagnosed with multiple myeloma in her twenties, she recalls how she turned to the International Myeloma Foundation for support, by accessing educational publications and attending an IMF-affiliated support group. To give back this Myeloma Action Month, SS Atlanta hosts Teas and Jeans on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at East Point Church of Christ in East Point, GA from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. This social event asks attendees to wear their favorite T-shirt that shows off an inspirational/humorous quote, favorite pic/design, or favorite color as well as indulge in a flavored sweet tea.
