Daratumumab Clinical Trial News: Added Value in Frontline and Important Implications for Patients

The addition of daratumumab (Darzalex) to standard frontline myeloma treatment in Europe extended progression-free survival in a clinical trial, reports the drug’s makers Genmab/Janssen. FDA Approves First Ever CAR T-Cell Therapy in the United States

On Wednesday, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a new CAR T-cell therapy to treat children and young adults with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
