During Myeloma Awareness Month, we want to remind myeloma patients that we are here to help by providing financial assistance through our Co-Pay Assistance Program.
Eligible myeloma patients receive up to $11,000 annually for qualifying treatment-related expenses. Qualifying expenses may include health insurance premiums, treatment related co-pays, deductibles and prescription medications.

Already Enrolled in the Program?
Keep your account active by submitting a claim every 90 days. Easy ways to do this are:
- Use your LLS Pharmacy Benefit Card to pay for medications at your pharmacy
- Submit a claim for your monthly insurance premiums
