As a nurse, Judith Towse noticed that her serum protein levels were elevated in two labs taken during routine exams. Judith brought this up with her physician. Then she was sent to a hematologist/oncologist who diagnosed Judith with multiple myeloma in December 2009. Since that time, she has undergone stem cell transplant and is now active in her local support group.
