Barbara Horan

Barbara Ann Horan (née Brush) passed away peacefully on Monday, June 13, 2022, surrounded by her loving family in Scottsdale, AZ. She is survived by her husband of 40 years John, her son Jay of Scottsdale, and her son and daughter-in-law Ryan and Elisabeth of Playa Vista, CA. She is also survived by her sister Debbie.

Carolyn Houg

Carolyn Houg was in her mid 80's when diagnosed with multiple myeloma. She died two years later. There wasn't any good cure option that wouldn't probably kill her. It's too late for Carolyn, but hopefully a cure will be found.

James Sickbert

On June 28, 2022 we lost our father and grandfather James Sickbert to Multiple Myeloma. Jim survived over 13 years after being diagnosed with the disease. In that time, he made multiple trips a year to the Myeloma Center at UAMS in Arkansas. He participated in research for new treatments, hoping it might help others with the disease. He will be missed.

Maureen Frances Burke

On January 15th 2022 we lost our loving mother and grandmother Maureen Frances Burke. Maureen fought a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma for over 5 years. Never complaining about the endless treatments she endured.

William Kelsey

On December 13th, 2021, the world lost a doting father and grandfather, a deeply kind man, and devoted husband and best friend to Colleen for over 20 years. William Joseph “Bill” Kelsey, 63, passed away after a courageous years-long battle with Multiple Myeloma.

Kenneth Frank Klespies

Ken was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He courageously battled multiple myeloma with optimism and grace for 21 years. Ken was extremely grateful to Guido J.K. Tricot, MD, Clinical Director of the Myeloma Center, University of Arkansas, Little Rock, AK and Melissa Alsina, MD, Head of the Multiple Myeloma Transplant Program at Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL. Ken's ultimate goal was to live to find a cure for multiple myeloma.

Peter Hardin

Peter Warner Hardin, age 84 and resident of Fishkill, New York, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020, surrounded by family. Peter was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in April 2000, but did not require treatment until April 2016.

Peter is survived by his wife, Teresa; his brother, James Budd Hardin; his son William Michael Hardin and daughter-in-law Amy Hardin; his son Jeffrey Hardin and daughter-in-law Christina Hardin; his granddaughters Madison, Emma, and Violet Hardin of Round Rock, Texas; as well as many other loving family members and friends. Peter spent his retirement years traveling, cultivating his car and photo hobbies, and snow birding in Florida.
