Anitocabtagene Autoleucel for R/R Multiple Myeloma: Preliminary IMMagine-1 Phase 2 Results (https://www.myeloma.org/videos/anitocabtagene-autoleucel-rr-multiple-myeloma-preliminary-immagine-1-phase-2-results)
Anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), a novel anti–B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, shows promising results in relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) patients. Initial findings from the Phase 1 and ongoing Phase 2 trials indicate high response rates and manageable safety profiles.
Key Points:
- Anito-cel showed a 95% overall response rate in RRMM.
- Complete response and stringent complete response rate was 62%.
- 92% achieved minimal residual disease negativity.
- Median 6-month progression-free survival and overall survival rates were 90% and 95%, respectively.
- Manageable cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity observed.
