Simona Grace is the Director of Development, Major Gifts at the International Myeloma Foundation, with over a decade of experience in fundraising and development across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She previously led major gifts at Chrysalis, building relationships with high-net-worth donors and furthering the organization’s mission. Before that, she managed a $2 million revenue portfolio at Pearson, the world’s largest publishing company, working with higher education institutions. She also launched and led a successful initiative that raised six figures to support women stepping into leadership roles. Appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles, she serves as Vice President of the LA Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for gender equity. Outside of work, she is a mom and enjoys long walks with her Labrador, Oliver.
