Covid Update

As most of the world is still facing the effects of the spread of the COVID-19 respiratory virus, the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) continues to recommend that all myeloma support groups meet virtually.

We take the health and safety of our myeloma support group members seriously and will continue to hold our meetings virtually to ensure the safety of our members. For additional updates on COVID-19 coronavirus, please click this link:

The Denver Multiple Myeloma Support Group is continuing to meet, now electronically, on the 2nd Saturday of each month, from 8:45 to 11:15 a.m. If you would like to sign up or find out if the group is right for you, please call Sarah Kelzenberg, Group Facilitator and MM Survivor 602-565-1977 or email her at [email protected]

If you decide to join the group, I will take your information and put your email on the contacts list. You will get an email giving you directions for joining the next meeting a week prior, as well as 2 days before the meeting on the 2nd Saturday.

Our group also has a CAREGIVER'S Monthly Meeting, which is on the 4th Wednesday of each month, from 7-9 p.m. It is facilitated by Stan Smith, co-facilitator and care-giver. If your caregiver would be interested in that, give Sarah his/her information. Your caregiver will then receive an email for that meeting, which is at a separate time.
