Talvey® (talquetamab-tgvs) is indicated for adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have received at least 4 prior lines of therapy. Talvey is the first bispecific antibody approved by the FDA that has one of its two “arms” attaching to the myeloma cell through the GPRC5D on the cell surface and one arm attaching to CD3 on the surface of a local T cell, activating that T cell to destroy the myeloma cell.
