This week’s blog tackles a key aspect of living well with myeloma—self-care for myeloma patients. The International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) gathered some valuable self-care tips and advice from the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland, Clinic, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for this purpose. Additionally, the blog talks about the results of the NUTRIVENTION study presented by renowned myeloma expert, Dr. Urvi Shah and her colleagues during the 2024 American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting. The IMF always puts the needs of myeloma patients FIRST, with its vast wealth of resources to help myeloma patients and care partners cope and live well with the disease, including a dedicated IMF InfoLine Team who is always ready to answer questions and provide assistance.
